Around 0050 hours on 9-12-09, a vehicle traveling north on River Rd in Garfield failed to negotiate a trun and plowed into a commercial building. Firefighters worked feverishly with 2 sets of jaws to free the occupants. Wallington Rescue also used the jaws of life. Eventually the USAI team was called and Firefighters responded from Hackensack, Morristown, Paterson, Jersey City and Elizabeth as part of the team.
